Will Supplies & Estate Document Covers

A will is meant to last a lifetime and well beyond it. It may sit untouched for thirty years and then become the most important document in a family's life. The materials it is prepared, covered, and stored in should be built for that span. Wells & Drew has supplied estate practices with will supplies for generations.

What a complete will set includes

Most firms standardize on a small set of estate-document supplies:

  • Will covers — the protective folder the executed will is presented and kept in.
  • Last Will & Testament envelopes — a dedicated envelope for storing and transporting the executed document.
  • Will bond paper — the archival sheet the will itself is printed on.
  • Backing sheets — the heavier backing that gives a bound will its structure.

Will covers

A will cover protects the executed document and presents your firm at a moment that matters. It can be printed or engraved with your firm's name, or left blank, and is built on durable stock that holds up to handling and storage over decades.

Last Will & Testament envelopes

The executed will needs somewhere to live. A dedicated Last Will & Testament envelope — engraved or printed — keeps the document protected and clearly identified, whether it's held in your office or returned to the client.

Will bond paper

A will should be printed on paper built to survive. Wells & Drew's will and testament bond is a 25% cotton sheet — cotton content gives the paper strength, a fine surface, and the archival durability estate documents require. Wood-pulp paper yellows and grows brittle; cotton bond does not.

Why estate documents deserve specialist supplies

Estate work is unforgiving of cut corners. A thin sheet or a flimsy cover doesn't serve a document that may outlive everyone who signed it. Specialist will supplies aren't a luxury — they're a match for the responsibility the document carries.
