Market Position of UnitedLex is strengthened after Strategic Acquisition of LawScribe
The technology powered legal and business solutions full service provider, UnitedLex, announced today that the acquisition of LawScribe, a Los Angeles-based Legal Process Outsourcing company, has been successfully completed.
UnitedLex deliver support services in fields of litigation, electronic data discovery, document review, contract review and management, intellectual property, immigration and law firm support. They have more than 650 professionals under their wing, spread in 7 global offices, as well as 2 data centers.
On the other hand, LawScribe, which was founded in 2004, provides legal services in document review and eDiscovery, corporate transactions, intellectual property, legal research and support.
