Hudson Legal to Participate in Legal Tech 2011

One of the leaders in end-to-end project management and document review, Hudson Legal, has announced its participation in a private CLE session at Legal Tech 2011. E-Discovery 2020 – The Next Generation of Innovation: Practical Advice for Successfully Navigating the 2nd Decade will be held on February 1, 2011, a Tuesday, at 4:00 P.M. The venue will be at the Sutton Centre Ballroom, Hilton New York Hotel.

The session will look at different ways on how attorneys can better prepare themselves for the propagation of new data sources, technology, as well as review techniques that will be at the forefront of e-discovery heading into the second decade.

An illustrious and well-known team of legal luminaries will discuss the major challenges that can potentially confront the lawyers in the future. The team will also offer practical advice for the attorneys, as well as legal support professionals, who are constantly facing the issues brought about by the challenges. The Federal Judiciary’s focus on present and future e-discovery dynamics will also be discussed.

The panel will feature the US District Court-Eastern District of Pennsylvannia, Judge Michael Baylson. The host will be Howard Reissner, Esq., Planet Data CEO, while the moderator will be Ian Hochman, the Special Counsel for E-Discovery, Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Other members of the panel include Andrew Horne of Kirkland & Ellis, John O’Tuel, the Assistand General Counsel, Dispute Resolution & Prevention at GlaxoSmithKline, and Mark Yacano, Esq., the Executive Vice President of Hudson Legal.
